Permanent members

All the municipalities of the countries in the world, at any rate, or the National Sports and Tourism Federation of the municipalities will be potentially and actively the members of the International Federation complying with the regulations and following the frameworks of the International Federations through the request of the highest official representative (e.g. The mayor of the city) or the head of the National Federation of the country. These members are called the General Assembly and they can be members of the International Federation Committees by having the right to vote and being a member of the board, as well.
